Here is a question for you. What is your ultimate goal at epinions? Some people have written extremely long and complex reviews answering that very question. At the top of almost every persons list was “to make a little extra cash.” Well that sounds easy enough doesn’t it? Trust me, on the epinions website it is very hard to make a lot of money. So basically you need every advantage you can get to drive other members to read and rate your reviews. You especially need every “edge” that you can get now with epinions changing every category to one cent per page view, instead of having some two cents per page view, and some even three cents per page view. Since you can only get one cent per page view now, you would have to triple your page views on some of your reviews just to make up for the lack of money that epinions is giving out! After reading that last line you might be on the verge of leaving the site altogether, but don’t worry, because in this review I will tell you how to do better then triple your page views. It is really a simple concept, and I think that some people have already figured it out, but they haven’t figured out the right order to do all of the things that you have to do, and I haven’t seen a review that has the “formula” that I have developed. Yes that is right, I have developed a “formula” to get more page views on every single one of my reviews. You might be thinking that I am just making all of this up, but have done a little research to back up my “formula.” If you didn’t know that to get the “big” number of page views you have to read and rate a lot of reviews, then you should probably read my other review on how to make money on epinions entitled: “How I made money on epinions, and how you can too.” In that review it explains basically how to start up your account and what to do when you first become a member of epinions. To get more page views using this new “formula” you should probably be a somewhat established member at epinions already. OK enough carrying on and just tell me how to get the page views! It really is quite simple: 1. Write a long review, with good sentence structure, and grammar, and you will most likely get good ratings from other members. 2. Link to the page where all of the new reviews come in through the “read more epinions” link on the epinions homepage. 3. Start rating! Keep clicking through as many epinions as you can, but don’t click out of them quite yet…. 4. Here is the most important step: LEAVE A COMMENT!! Read the review, and think of something to say to the person who wrote it and make the comment fairly long. When the authors of the epinions that you rated check back at there reviews they will more then likely go read your reviews if you left a comment. Right now you might be thinking that I am crazy and this would never work. Since most people probably would doubt me if I told them that they could more then triple their page views in just four steps. So I did some research to back up my “formula.” I wrote a review and left it posted until the link to it got out of the “just in” section so it would make my proof more accurate. When the link to my newly posted review vanished from the just in section I went to the review to see how many people rated it. A total of 7 members rated it. Then I wrote the number 7 down on a piece of paper so I would remember it. Then I went into the “just in” section of the website and rated 30 epinions. Then I waited exactly three hours. After three hours passed I went back to my epinion. A total of 15 members rated it now, which means that 8 of them were there because I rated other members reviews. After that I went back to the “just in” section and rated 30 more epinions, but this time I left pretty decent sized comments on every single review that I rated. Then I waited 3 more hours, and came back to see how my review was doing. To my amazement a total of 35 members rated my review. Which means that 20 out of 30 reviews that I rated and left comments for, I got rated back! I hope you can now see the “Power of leaving a comment,” and have fun increasing your page views.
