this review is a crap (Reply to this comment)

Owning second Sebring convertible in a row and having chance drive and to compare with other convertibles owned by my friends (incl new convertibles by Alfa Romeo, Mazda and Mercedes SLK and SL 500) Chrysler Sebring Conv. beats them all when it comes to comfort and spaciness.
1) I am tall 6'05 fts (192 cm) and never had any slightest feeling of what author (tall 5'10) identifies as "cramped feeling in the vehicle"
2) mystery to me is also claiming reliability as 2 of 5 points? How the hell did the author of the commentary found out that after driving the car only 5000 miles? Just with regular service checks I have driven about 80.000 miles a year with 2002 Sebring without any problems and that applies to other year models too!!
3) speaking of power. Yeah, right Sebring is not a sportscar and never was intended to (if you want as sports convertible buy or rent Mercedes SL500 , Porsche Boxster not a "porche boxter" or Jaguar XK).
Problem might be that driving 6 cylinder 2,7 engine with automatictransmission sucks. Out of this type of engine one gets usage of its 200 HPs at about 4-6k rpm. At european highways I m regulary cruising my sebring at 130 mph and having enough power to accelerate in mid speeds like from 90 mph. Of course with manual 5 speed transmission.
4) trunk capacity? enough for two golf bags and that counts. Have you ever seen trunks of other convertibles? I bet you never did if you object against Sebring's.
5) my final advice: stick with renting impala or whatever other ugly looking family sedan.

Well, uh, of course I do but they are modestly hidden by khakis and a turtleneck (no. really). Actually they aren't exactly tan, more like red.
