Pros: one flate rate, unlimited minutes (provided your calls ever get through)
Cons: Cricket communications should be renamed to Cons communications.
The Bottom Line: Don't go for cricket, you'll cry, weep and bang your head, cricket is a cancer to communications!

If you are looking for a new service I would highly not recommend cricket. I have a very bad experience in phoenix area. First, my voice mail had problems for 3 months, I was paying extra bucks for the vmail, anybody calling my no. got an error message saying "invalid number" and I lost many imp. calls, then I finally got hold of a customer service rep. and got it solved, now my long distance service does not work, I have been paying for the package that includes 500 out-of-state minutes and I'm unable to use them, funny error message is "all circuits are currently busy" instead of being truthful and saying "cricket sux". I have been trying to call customer service for the last 2 weeks but the call never gets through and when you call the automated system greets you with bed-time stories, and after spending an hour digging through menus you end up receiving the message saying "unable to connect to a customer service rep. please contact us on web". If you ever need to contact their customer services, make sure you atleast have an extra hour and you have already taken anger management classes. Trust me I have never seen a worst service than cricket! CRICKET IS A WASTE OF MONEY!
