Ordered 12 days ago, still waiting for shipment!

Fri eve 4/16 placed web order
Tue or Wed 4/20-21 called--"will ship within 48 hr"
Thu eve, Fri eve. 4/22 web tracking "will ship"
Called Sun 4/25--"there was a prob. with shipping, should receive in 3 business days"
Tue 4/27--web says 'will ship'
Wed 4/28--web says 'will ship'

I notice the website keeps advertising the same "1 day sale" on successive days
