Absolutely one of the best airlines in the sky. I only fly them b/c of my membership with their global partners. Even with the cost control that has become standard since 911, this airline has always had bad service, sub par crew, and problems with getting to destinations on time. The terminal at DFW is taxing even on Gold Members I often feel that when dealing with this airline, I am being a hassle and their opinion is that the whole world is lucky they are around.
