I ordered 3 sets of mini blinds on 4/19/04 & did not get an e-mail back. I tried calling before placing the order & had the automated phone system tell me not to hang up. I never got through. I had ordered blinds last fall & everything was great. They came in a timely manner & all fit. I placed the order & now I see the Web site is unattainable including their phone system. I ordered the blinds for my mother this time by payment of a money order or check. I am going to check with my credit card company to make sure they didn't charge them to my card as I had ordered from blindsgalore before & charged them to my card. My mother needs the blinds & now I do not know if they will be made or not & am scared to order from someone else as I don't want to end up with 2 sets per window. I did not realize until yesterday that the phone message had been changed. There is NO WAY TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON; IF THE BLINDS WILL BE MADE, IF THEY WILL HOLD ME RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT WITHOUT MAKING THE BLINDS FOR MONTHS. I FEEL TOTALLY VICTIMIZED.
