macdef's Full Review: NameSecure

I've had ten domains hosted by NameSecure, some for around seven years. They used to be the best in the business: great performance/service, great technical support, etc. Several years ago they discontinued all phone support and downsized their support department. It's now nearly impossible to get a timely response to any support requests. Several times NameSecure's email forwarding servers have had problems -- in each case, it took DAYS (in one case OVER A WEEK) just to get a RESPONSE from anyone; in the meantime, I was losing mail.

Every company has tech glitches; however, NameSecure's horrible support means that if you need reliability and a reasonable response to problems, you should definitely look elsewhere.
