I've been using my Diva for 2 years and love it. The sound quality is very high, and the equalizer settings allow me to tailor the balances easily. Unlike most Mp3 players, the Bass and Treble levels can be adjusted separately, and the firmware makes those adjustments easy enough so you don't have to "stop listening" while fiddling with the buttons.
The unit is about the size of a small pager and operates flawlessly. While the casing feels plasticky and "cheap", the unit is very light and the plastic protector/holder does a good job. Also included is a belt clip, a pair of small "in-ear" earbuds, and a USB connector cable. The USB connector is a unique size, and you'll want to take care not to damage or lose it.
After two years of heavy use my Diva still works perfectly. The recording is excellent as well, though I wish it had a line in or mic jack to permit me to use an external microphone. It operates on one AA battery, although I have yet to achieve the 15 hours uninterrupted use they claim- a little closer to 10 hours on a single battery for me. It works with my old 256mb compact flash card, and using the USB cable provided permits the player to double as a Compact Flash drive. Transfer speed is USB 1.1 and not the faster USB2, but it's easily fast enough to transfer 256mb of music painlessly.
The company provides occasional firmware and driver updates, but the website is intermittently offline. Overall, however, well worth the price.
