The people at Let's Talk were very friendly. I had to hang up and call back a couple of times until I got a representative that knew more than what was in front of him though.
Once I got the information that I wanted ordering was easy. The phone came very quickly and was exactly as ordered. They even took care of getting my old number ported to my new phone!
If I switch carriers again, I'll be sure to use Let's Talk
