Since I had shopped at Best Buy stores, I decided to use their on line service to do some of my Christmas shopping. I ordered about $150 of computer gear for my dad and had it shipped to him. In February he called to let me know it had never arrived. I checked with Best Buy and got a postal tracking number. I had to contact several people at the post office, then they had my dad contact a guy in his local office. They couldn't come up with any answers. I called back to Best Buy and they said since it had now been more than 60 days since the order was placed, all they could do was refund the amount to my credit card.I said that was fine. They sent me a form and I faxed it back. Two days later I got an e-mail saying that they had decided not to refund my card. Didn't have the courtesy to call and talk to me. I called back to explain the situation, the response was "Sorry, that's our policy." In the two weeks since, I've bought a microwave and an i-pod, neither at Best Buy. I will not shop there again.
