Great Service

I have been an AT & T Wireless customer for over a year. I have never had a bad experience with my phone (unless you count losing one!) or the service I have been given.
I changed from my former carrier to AT & T because of the price for their service and the number of minutes I could get free. I use my phone only for personal reasons when I am driving around town. Since joining AT & T I have switched phones once because my first phone was a piece of crap. Switching things over was very easy. Then I decided that I wanted to have voice mail and text messages......that was easy to switch to.
Several days later, I left my phone on my car and someone took it......when we got home my husband immediately called AT & T to cancel the phone. Not only did they cancel the phone and put a lock on it should anyone ever try to get service to it but they also sent me a phone exactly like mine (well, without the Mickey Mouse face plate!) to replace the one that was missing.......all for NO CHARGE!!! No, I did not have insurance or anything like that. They didn't have to do that.....they could have just told me I was out $100 and not to be so stupid next time!
