However, I'd like to offer the suggestion that the large paragraph toward the end is very, very long--this makes it harder for those less knowledgeable about the subject to assimilate the information. You may want to start using subject headers and shorter paragraphs; I think your organization is already good and just needs a little more delineation of boundaries. Just my thoughts, and an explanation of the rating (which is open to change if you request).
