After doing extensive shopping around Infinity Cameras had the lowest price online for the Nikon Coolpix 5700. After some review on the company I decided to give them a try. I placed my order online and the next day I received an email to call them to confirm the order. Initially I thought this was a little strange but I gave them a call. I come to discover the camera is in stock but the price was only for the camera and nothing else. No where on the website did it state that the price was only for the camera. The sales rep explained that this deal was for people that owned the camera and want to buy a back up???????? OK so how much is the full manufacture package, significantly higher than the price advertised on the website. Although the price is still lower than other places and the sales rep was kind enough to hook me up with a five year full warranty at a reasonable price and was patient with all my questions. I still did better than buying from a local retail shop. The camera arrived a few days after what was promised but when I opened the package everything was in order. The only real complaint I have is that Infinity Cameras need to vastly improve their website and spell everything out so that there are no surprises. This would go a long way to give consumers a better feeling dealing with the company and not wondering if this is a scam.
