clear service, average in every other category

I got my sprint service about 3 years ago. At the time it was the greatest, I was coming from ATT after they had conned me with their pre paid phone warranty scheme. To paraphrase a tuskegee airman "It was like stepping out of a pinto and into a rolls royce". The service is crystal clear. When it does fail it's not in the form of static but rather, just cutting out. I think that the service is good most of the time though, and it maintains it's quality when I travel. The help in the store is horrible, and although I haven't had to deal with it personally I've heard that over the phone they rely too much on their automated system which works well until it doesn't understand your question, after that good luck.
