I purchased an SLR digital camera. Shipment was very fast. There was excellent communication throughout. Kudos to Robin!
Profeel honored its commitment to match lower prices from LEGITIMATE online sources. (Tons of bogus businesses sell cameras which troll for customers by advertising unrealistic prices. No legitimate business can or will match these BS prices which aren't really available)
My camera malfunctioned within 36 hrs of receiving it. I opted to exchange it for a new camera rather than having the defective one repaired. Warranty service is time consuming & I was concerned other problems might be lurking as well.
Profeel proved themselves champs throughout the exchange (Many Thanx, Sharon). A replacement was shipped immediately following receipt of the defective camera. (Note, an exchange requires that the warranty card is NOT filled out & will also be returned. Never rush to fill these out)
Highest Recommendations to Profeel & its staff. The true worth of a business is proven by how problems are managed when they arise. Profeel handled my transaction with grace & intelligence throughout.
