I received damaged products and was disappointed by Topdeq's response.

I bought three of Topdeq's revolving Cedeus CD holders, which are 74" high and made of sheet metal. Not one of them arrived undamaged. All three had dents along the sides and paint was scraped off the visible mounting brackets for two of the units. One unit was even slightly crushed. They were poorly packed in cardboard boxes with thin layers of styrofoam slab around the units. The boxes arrived in such poor shape that it was impossible to salvage them to repack the units for return: the styrofoam sheets were broken and the boxes were torn. I would have had to have the units packaged at my own expense to send them back. When I called Topdeq they said they really couldn't do anything unless I shipped the units back and then they would send out replacement units, but that they could not improve on the packaging because they received the units pre-packaged from the manufacturer. These units are 74" long and weigh 19 lbs. and I did not have the means or want the expense of having the units packed, so I asked them to send me replacement brackets with no paint missing and I promptly received more brackets with paint scraped off. In addition to the damage issues, the assembly instructions were pathetic and were not even the same from unit to unit. They also shipped the units to my home address when I had asked them to be shipped to my office address. I am a professional office designer and would never consider Topdeq's products for any of my clients and have discouraged my colleagues from buying from this company.
