I ordered a serger from these folks on Memorial day. It was shipped the next day by UPS. I specifically requested they ship by UPS and they did. I received the machine 2 days later.

The machine was packed very well, as was the added items I had included in my order.

The staff answered my emails VERY quickly, and gave me thorough answers to my questions.

The selection of items they have is quite extensive too. I would recommend them to friends who were in the market for a new sewing machine.
