I absolutely love my Netflix! They get my DVD's the next day I mail them and I always get the DVD a day before they say it is going to arrive. What's not to love? I have read all the complaints and I really wonder about the people that are making them. Are they angry Video Store owners, who are sad to see my $15.00 late fee disappear? No late fees, amazing selection and fast delivery. Yes, I have had one movie stolen, I have also rented over 200 movies. 1 in 200 with the Postal Service we have, not bad at all! I have also been the recipient of a broken DVD but, yet again Neflix corrected that problem post-haste. You have to consider the amount of damage mail is subjected to in general, 1 broken DVD in over 200, not bad. O.K. so you say that Netflix should invest in better envelopes. Well, how would you like your service to be $34.00 a month for better envelopes. There is just no way to keep things at a reasonable cost and have these "stiffer envelopes" you people keep talking about. Oh, I guess maybe you just want Netflix to absorb that cost because "you" are special. Get real! Netflix is a business like anything else, not only that but they are damn good one at that! No more $15.00 late fees, I get to pick from oodles of movies and I don't have to go anywhere.I love my Netflix and my Netflix loves me!
