Well the last time I ordered from Profeel my experience wasn't too great and I posted a bad review for them. After seeing my online review they called me to apologize for the problems and gave me a gift certificate to make up for it, so I figured I would give them another chance. This time I ordered a Kodak Cx7530 digital camera and am pleased to say that everything went perfectly fine. The order was shipped in one day and I received it in three days. This time the free gift came through and they called at a reasonable time, thus fixing all the problems that I had the last go around. After this I can say that I would order from Profeel again and am happy with the service I recieved. It takes a lot for a company to make up for problems in an order--especially an online order, and am happy to say that they did. Well my review is supposed to have 200 words and I have nothing else to say in order to post so this sentence is a waste of time, I would order from them again, I would order from them again, I would order from them again, I would order from them again, I would order from them again, I would order from them again, I would order from them again, I would order from them again, I would order from them again, I would order from them again, I would order from them again, I would order from them again.

We generally are very accessible by email and phone. At the time mentioned by the reviewer we were extremely busy and it took a little longer to reply than normal.This can happen to anybody and everybody. We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused you and will make every effort to prevent this in the future.
As you are aware we took care of your free gift after this was brought to our attention.
