I placed an $1,100 order with them that I needed right away. I called first to be sure it was in stock. I was told twice that it was in stock and would ship in 2-3 days.
I ordered and heard nothing for 48 hours, so I called. Was told it was out of stock and had been out of stock for over four months. Better yet, they "didn't know what to do" because they had no plans to order more of them. I told them to give me my money back immediately.
Their retail outlet may be reliable, but their online store is a borderline fraud.
I _challenge_ you to find a single item on their site listed as out-of-stock. hint hint
