The Worst setup for ring alerts EVER.
The Bottom Line: I love this phone even though it has some issues. It's absolutely a really good phone and I highly recommend it..but AT&T...sometimes, I get dissapointed with their coverage.

I just recieved my Samsung SGH-426 couple days ago..around 4 days ago..and when i first saw it..I loved it. It was seriosuly smaller and lighter than my previous phone (LG 5350). Although it took some time to get use to it, I'm happy I changed phones and service provider. But there are some things I wish I could have that my Samsung doesn't have.
The bright thing about this phone is that it's light which is a big factor because i carry it with me 24/7, looks really nice (to get the girls of course haha just kidding, and it has a really nice screen to it. The graphics i think personally look better than my LG 5350..which had high ratings in the quality of the screen.
The bad thing about it is that there is no externaly screen. THat personally was a big negative..because sometimes if I want to check the time or who's calling, i would always press the side buttons on my LG 5350 and see who it is. WIth the Samsung..you can't do it. Another negative is the ringtones. The ringtones have four different modes. Light only, Melody only, vibration only, or melody and vibration. I personally like the vibration and melody at the same time because it alerts me much better. BUT, the thing about the melody and vibration is that it vibrates 3 times first AND THEN plays the melody. If i had a chance to ask the designer of this..I would ask why the heck would you wanna do that?..It's crazy..so bad. Last negative is that the ringtone is not loud enough. I can't stress how many times I have missed a call because i couldn't hear the ringtone.

ALso..let me just tell you this is my personal opinion on this phone. SO if you don't like it..don't leave stupid comments..just go on to the next review.
