Pros: Nice looking player, sounded great, voice recorder and FM radio and SD/MMC card option.
Cons: Absolutely horrible software for media management. Too many crashes.

I really like the player itself. What I didn't like was the software interface. I found the media manager was extremely unstable. I was running Windows XP with SP 1 and could not get many songs loaded into the player without freeze-ups and crashes. I also tried to use plug-ins with Musicmatch 8.2 and Windows Media Player 9. All had the same problem. The player, after it finally got loaded was easy to use, nice looking and didn't seem to have any issues. Didn't use the radio portion or voice recorder on this much. I mainly purchased this due to the SD card compatibility and because I wanted to be able to pack around lots of albums in WMA format. They all sounded great.
