I have been dealing through computergeeks.com for a while now with ZERO problems. I love the site! I also love their tech support. I purchased a computer case, which had a pre-installed power supply in it. The power supply ended up dying out on me almost a year after I purchased it. The power supply just would not start up, totally dead. I emailed them about the problem and they told me to send it back to them and they will send me a new one free of charge. So I did and a couple of weeks later got my second power supply from them. That worked just fine until I ran into the same problem with it six months later, it just would not turn on. So I emailed them yet again explaining the situation. This time I did not receive an email in response, but rather received a phone call from a representative. He was extremely nice and helpful.
"We do not have any 350 watt power supplies in stock" He said "Would a 400 watt power supply do?"
"Yeah!" I replied "What should I do with the dead one I have now?"
"I dunno" He said nonchalantly "use it as a door stop, car jack... its up to you. Maybe it will come back to life"
Not only did they send me another power supply but they also let me keep the dead one. I do not hold the fact that I have had two bum power supplies against them, because I know power supplies can sometimes be a bit fickle. I have purchased many other pieces of hardware through them and all have been working thus far with no problem
