By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Ever. Boat seats that were supposed to be shipped in 5-10 business days were still not shipped 7 weeks later. Repeated calls to customer service did no good- they kept making up new (imaginary?) ship dates and I beleived them. Had to cancel the order- seats ordered two weeks before Memorial Day weekend were not to be expected until August?? C'mon!!! Could have used that information back in May, folks. I asked them to substitute ANY comparable seat and they could not even comply; one customer service representative told me that they had no seats to ship anyway and I was "one in a long line of irate customers." Supervisors were completely useless/impressively incompetent and they like to put you on hold and hang up on you alot- always fun.
I strongly suggest NOT buying anything from them unless you really like waiting for stuff that may not ever arrive and enjoy hold music.
To wrap it up, if I had a big, shiny trophy to award to a company for the worst customer service ever I would award it, without hesitation, to "Boatersworld.com".
