The Bottom Line I will not shop with Netgrocer again. I was not pleased with their service and products.

I have made a total of 3 orders with Netgrocer and there has been a problem with each of them. The first order I made 2 weeks before Thanksgiving. I ordered all of my Thanksgiving items (except the turkey!) like boxed stuffing, cranberry sauce, canned goods, plus baby foods and a few other items. They were scheduled to be delivered the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. I never received them! When I called the next day, there had been a problem with the address label so it was sent back to Netgrocer. They promised it would be FedEx'ed to me and I would get it before Thanksgiving. Nope, I got it the Friday after.
I gave them another chance and ordered again. This time 3 of my baby food jars were broken and 2 were out of date. I was given a credit on my card, but it took 2 weeks. The final time I ordered I received my order and again, the baby food jars were out of date plus I was missing an item.
The site is easy to navigate and the prices are not much higher than a grocery store. They do not take coupons and they do not deliver to your door, they ship through UPS or USPS. When your order is messed up or missing something, they do not reship the item. They give you a credit back to your credit card, but this can take a few weeks sometimes. Their customer service representatives were nice when I called but they were not helpful. They could not give me any info on my missing order, no tracking number, or anything.
I gave Netgrocer 3 chances and they messed up each time. I will not be shopping with them again. I was hoping for more out of them since Homegrocer (WebVan) does not deliver to my area anymore. I guess I will have to start going to a real grocery store now!
