I have been using US Cellular for a couple of years now and they have surpassed all of my other dealings with cell phone providers. I got a good plan at a good price and a good phone to go with it! They also have the share-talk lines which helped me to add my husband and my brother-in-law to my package for very little extra. My customer service dealings with the company have been very good. Of course you will always have a couple of not-so-good ones also, but the good is more than the bad at US Cellular! We have a great coverage area and can go other places in our home state and are not "roaming" as we would be with other companies.
