Prompt delivery, wrong product.

While the delivery was prompt and there was no charge for shipping, the particular item as advertised on their website is not the same item they sent. They are advertising an old item but sending a newer (not necessarily better) similar item. The website did show the manufacturer product number of the item they sent. After much back and forth with customer service they said I could send the item they sent back to them for replacement or refund with no shipping charge and eventually admitted they did not carry the item that they advertised on their website. I warned them that this appeared to be a bait and switch tactic as the item advertised is a better product than the one they send you. They were very apologetic, but I see they still have not changed the product information to reflect the correct information. So, be sure you are getting what you want by checking manufacturer product numbers they list against those represented by the manufacturer.
