Pros: Easy to carry, solid design, 5-pt. harness, easy removal/installation, accommodates up to 22 lbs.
Cons: Canopy falls off, not very sturdy without base, larger design difficult with smaller vehicle.
The Bottom Line: I would highly recommend the Century Avanta because of it's solid construction, ease of use and superior safety features.

After extensive research on the subject, we decided on the Avanta. Although a bit more spendy than we had originally planned, we have found time and again that you often get what you pay for. The shopping cart latch is wonderful for extra security. It is not particularly difficult to carry around. Our son seems very comfortable in the seat. We are very pleased that the weight limitation is higher than most as he is growing extremely fast. With two cars and one seat, it was important that the seat and base were reasonably easy to transfer. We take it simply everywhere! We will highly recommend to all to inquire!
