BuyDig or ScamBig?

This is my worst online shopping experience by far. With some of the "untrusted" websites (such as SmileVideo.com or such), at least you will get a phone call.
With BuyDig, you can enter all types of buy orders you want, but you will get nothing:
no confirmation
no email
no phonecall
no sign of life
nada, niet, Rien, 0, nothing
For a while, I wondered if this website is hosted by dead people (sorry for my language).
Here is my story which is still "developping" (continue to be like the list above):
I entered my order to buy a lense on June 27th. Today is July 4th. They still list my order as "new order". While, when I bought my camera from BestPriceAudioAndVideo, I received my camera 3 days later. With BuyDig, a week old order is still new! Wonderful.
Even better than that, they don't even bother sending a confirmation email. For a while, I thought I forgot to finish the order page until I checked that on their website. Yes, the order is still in and is still "new order".
I sent an email to ask for status, nobody bothered to reply to it. I'm really impressed with all the reviews by the top reviewers. Are those true? It can't be true, can it?
Here is my advice, if you want to buy something you want quickly, avoid BuyDig. Otherwise, you would be very disappointed.
