Thanks for the update, Neal. It appears they have an individual package for every need.

You asked about pricing.
Good question, I've updated my review to include a few prices, though Ontrack offers 20 or 30 versions for home, business, networking, etc. I listed what I thought were the most relevant to home and small business users.

One last thing... how do you get a reviewer's copy?

Great review! I have used the full version before, but it's been a while, so I don't remember enough to write a complete review.
I will try the free version that sees if it can recover at least to jumpstart my memory. If I remember correctly, it's actually pretty easy to use, and what you've said sounds vaugely familar.

25 files at a time... (Reply to this comment)

This would definitely take a while to recover a substantial amount of data! How much is the program that allows for unlimited file recovery? I wish I had this earlier this week; one of my co-workers corrupted the hive file on his Windows XP install, and I couldn't get into the repair window due to a password he could not remember. Ended up clean installing after slaving the drive and moving as much of the data files as he could remember were important. Then had to reinstall all programs and move back the data, which was very time consuming. If I could have recovered the hive file instead, it would have saved substantial time...
Nice review, Neal.
