I have been waiting to write this opinion for a long time. Why, Because up to now I have had an old and very slow IBM Computer. Which was a 100MHz, 586 processor with 1 gig hard drive. Talk about slow!! I guess it was good enough to learn on.

About two weeks ago My Husband and I made a trip to one of the Gateway Country Stores. I was there to purchase a New Computer. I was out to get the best. In my opinion, I got it!! I have had a lot of time to think about what I wanted in a Computer. About two years of thinking. I decided it was either going to be a Dell or Gateway. Experts I've talked to say those two are the best on the market.

Gateway stands by their computer. I have a Service and Support package,3 year onsite & Labor /GW 3 years Parts

This thing will move. No more waiting and waiting for page downloads. I have sound,stereo sound. Don't even talk about downloading music with the old one. It couldn't!!

There are package deals you an choose from or you can have it built with what you want in it.
I found the computer I wanted but made some changes.

and a lot of other thing I don't know yet.

I Bought a new Printer and Scanner,but that's another opinion for down the road.

It came with Microsoft Works Suite 2001 including MS Word and Encarte
Quicken 2001 New User Edition
And I bought two game bundles.

Now we can do some major game playing. With the old computer all I could play was card games. I'm not too much into games but my Son is and my Husband is getting Hooked.

There is a lot to this computer. I know I will never learn it all. I know that for the fact that on my old one I was still finding something new that I didn't know.

I think I make a great choice with Gateway....I know I Did!!
