I own 2 Cosco Touriva's and recently found out about a 2 piece chest clip they have available so I called. The CS rep I spoke with was very polite and courteous. Less than a week later I had my chest clips (which are very nice by the way).
I recently had to call again as I noticed stress marks on both of my Touriva's. It took 2 phone calls a week apart to get the situation resolved but I am awaiting new seats being shipped to me to replace them.
If anyone has a problem with their carseat (Cosco brand ones that is) and will be needing a replacement one directly from Cosco, be sure to ask if you can secure the new seat because otherwise you will have to ship the old seat to them prior to their shipping the new one.
Pros: courteous customer service representative's, timely service
Cons: hard to get through due to busy signals, wait on hold can be pretty long, hours for customer service could be later (8-4:30 EST is what they are now)
