We just returned from a stay in Palm Springs, The Best Western Las Brisas is in the downtown area with beautiful garden and pool areas, and outdoor seating on the patios on the upper floors. They serve a breakfast in the morning of either a belgian waffle or omelet as well as cereals, rolls and pastries. We enjoyed our stay and spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden and pool areas. The room was clean, had two beds, table and chairs, cable tv and refrigerator. There is a poolside bar as well as a grill in the garden area for lunch. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It is only a one block walk to the main street and downtown area. The price ($109) was very reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Rooms in Palm springs are very difficult to find on short notice, I would recommend booking several weeks in advance if you wish to spend the weekend there. We were there midweek and were able to get in after a 2 day wait.
