I ordered a palm pilot online so that I could use an online coupon code. Overall, it took me 2 weeks to get my order, and even now, my order isn't complete b/c I am missing the expansion card that was supposed to be part of my promotional mp3 kit "free" with my palm. I ended up using a total of over 1-1/2 hours online/over the phone with customer service in over 5 calls to them. My problems: they couldn't find my order (even though I had a confirmation email and number regarding it), discrepancies as to whether I could use the online coupon (even though the coupon code had no disclaimers in it regarding palms), placing a new order b/c they still couldn't find my order (although my credit card showed a temporary authorization), having to wait yet some more b/c somehow they didn't have my cc number (although I gave it to them over the phone), having a rep tell me I'd get my items shipped overnight "to make up for my inconvenience" but not receiving it until 2 days later, and then not getting the expansion card (the main part of the promotional mp3 kit) mailed to me...I am still waiting today for that expansion card. Also, when I phoned them to figure out where my expansion card was (since online customer service did not respond to my email in days), the rep told me that it would ship via ground service, aka 7-10 days. Uh, excuse me...not after all the junk I've been through. I finally got her to ship it via 2-day service for me, but this still does not appease my annoyance at them. To their credit, they tried to "help" me by giving me a free palm case (after I had to ask THEM), although the case was bulky and on clearance for $4.99. Will NEVER order online from them again, no matter what promotions they may have. They have major organizational problems there.
