After reading some negative epinions I was somewhat leery of ordering from AJMadison but their prices were so much better than any others I could find that I decided to take the chance. Their web site gives more info than any of the manufacturers sites so making comparisons and selections was a snap. Making the order was a breeze. After waiting 5 days (over a weekend) my order status was still "pending" so I gave them a call on their 800 line. My call was answered almost immediately and the service person quickly confirmed that the color I had selected was out of stock and had to be ordered from the factory. The next day I received an email saying it would be received from the factory in two weeks. In reality it was only 5 days until my order status changed to "processed", then 10 days for shipping from East to West coast (not too bad for a Range and Dishwasher). The shipper gave me 5 days notice of delivery and then arrived at exactly the time promised. Every thing was as ordered and in perfect condition. I couldn't find an invoice with the shipment but my email regarding this was answered the next day with a perfectly printable copy.
I have no qualms about doing business with AJMadison again.
