InPhonic is a horrible company to do business with. On June 30th, my wife and I ordered two phones and Nextel cellular service. On July 2nd, our phones arrived, except one phone was supposed to go to someone else. We immediately called, yet it literally hours to get a hold of an actual customer service rep. He told us to send the wrong phone back and they would ship our phone to us. Our service could not be activated without this other phone.
Anyway, a few days went by and no new phone. We called and they said they were going to immediately put in the order to get it shipped out to us. A few more days went by, we called back and they said they were going to immediately process the order to get shipped. A few more days went by and we had the same conversation. A few more days later on July 13th, I called again and sent out about 3 emails to anyone associated with this company. The phone has been processing for two weeks, even though the original phones came in only 3 days time. They will not respond to emails and I have no guarantee I will ever see my phone.
They already have my money for the phones and Ive already received a Nextel bill for a service I have yet to use. The only person I would recommend this company to is maybe Osama Bin Laben and Omarosa.
