| rniebaum's Full Review: ACRONIS True Image 7 |
I thought my prayers were answered when I first learned about Acronis True Image 7.0. I wanted to be able to image my partitions incrementally and thought I would be able to with ATI.
My ATI emergency boot disks (I made several copies) were unable to boot my machine (a straight-forward HP running fully-current Win XP Home Edition) and instead required a cold boot.
I was also unable to use the Image Explorer to view files in my archive (34 CD's later).
After waiting over a week to hear *anything* besides an automated reply from Technical Support, I requested a refund, which I got thanks to Digital River and their instant download software marketplace.
I recommend against purchasing this software.
