I've been considering cellular phone service (I think I'm the last person on earth to not have a cell phone) and wondered if Voicestream's competitive prices had any hidden drawbacks. I appreciated your information. Lots of people just rant about CS, which isn't useful to me because as you wisely noted, anyone can have a bad experience now and then. It was helpful to hear just how many times Voicestream has loused your account up.
