With all the different Ecard sites out there, I believe that the best one out there is Blue Mountain. There are a wide range of services offered on the site, and the range of cards is great. Blue Mountain is partnered with Excite, and has a direct link to MyExcite.
If English is not your first language, this is the site for you, as you can easily change it from English to any of the following languages
Italian
French
Spanish
Dutch
Portuguese
Japanese
Korean
Chinese
On the left hand side of the site there is a nifty calendar that is so helpful so as not to forget the holidays, and some of the more fun events such as the upcoming "Big Wind Day" on April 12th or the "Hug an Australian Day" on the 26th of April. These make it really easy to send a card for every need.
There is a special service where you can send a gift with your card, such as flowers or chocolates, or a gift certificate. I haven't personally tried doing that yet, but it seems really easy from what I have read. The site is very simple to use and makes it to where you want to send more cards than you originally set out to do.
There is an address book on site so that you don't have to try and remember all the email addresses of the people you send to the most. And you can check your excite mail on their site as well, assuming you have an excite mail account of course.
Whether it be cards of Love, recipe cards, or get well... they at Blue Mountain have the single largest selection of cards I have ever seen. Go there first and you will not be disappointed.
