Unsatisfactory experience. Order processing and shipping are poor. They also have a painfully slow web site.
I live in Hawaii so air shipment was selected. Process completed on Thursday afternoon and printed the Order Confirmation. Customer Service was closed by then so I called early next morning. I have a Highway Carrier address with a Box number and like to assure the companies it is a physical address the express delivery services know, not a PO Box.
Customer Service fellow told me shipping to Hawaii was more than the web site indicated. What good is a Confirmation if it is wrong? $500, not $390, was needed. Still about what the other prices I checked were so I grudgingly accepted. Web site knew my address, it ought to make the adjustments.
They apparently have credit card refusals frequently for large purchases so he ran my card through. It was approved so all was ready and paid for Friday.
Dont know what they were doing but No Name Freight (Manna Distribution if you can believe it) didnt ship until Wednesday. I received a call at 5 PM informing me it would be delivered sometime between 11 AM and 4 PM on Monday. And by the way, it is "Hold For Pick-up" but he didn't know where the pick-up might be made. BestBuy says delivered, not "Hope you have a pick-me-up truck 'cause you gonna need it!".
I have e-mailed Customer Service twice with no response.
Even if the TV shows up on Monday, BestBuy is not the best buy.
