Vista Print is a great online store that has saved me time and money over the last several years. I have ordered business cards from them for the last 5 years and have to say their service and quality of product is next to none! Read on....
You may wonder why I would have a need for a business card outside my work? Well, being in the exotic bird business as a hobby breeder brings such a need. I attend Bird Fairs several times a year to showcase my birds and to sell newly weaned babies. At these events I meet hundreds of people in one day. Also, from the buyer's perspective they are also meeting lots of breeders in one day. Having a business card on hand with all of my information is a great selling tool to give to customers and prospective customers. This is where Vista Print comes in handy.
I first became aware of Vista Print about 5-6 years ago. I received an email offer from Vista Print that offered me free business cards. All I had to do was pay $4.95 for shipping and handling. I did not visit the website the first time I received an email from them but finally curiosity got the best of me. I've been a regular shopper at Vista Print ever since!

The Vista Print website is located at www.vistaprint.com. You will notice that their homepage is directed toward business oriented clientele. The website loads quickly and is very easy to navigate. You will find headings for all of the products offered by Vista Print and their business services such as their Dealer Program or Affiliate Program. Some of the products offered other than business cards are business stationery, address labels, presentation folders, miscellaneous labels, stickers, invitations, announcements, thank you cards, magnets, etc. They also have a marketing and promotions department offering post cards, brochures, newsletters, flyers, magnets, sales and data sheets and more! You will find what you are looking for at www.vistaprint.com.
Vista Print also offers a service when you sign into your account that allows you to save your designs selected and/or ordered. This is a wonderful feature to use when you get ready to re-order supplies. This is also a great feature if you are interrupted while designing your cards or other item. You can easily save your work and come back to it whenever you are ready.
The Business Cards
Vista Print offers online design of your business cards. They have hundreds of unique and colorful designs to choose from, as well as several layout choices. If you are looking for a business-like card, you will also find professional designs among your choices. There are also choices for cards for casual use such as babysitting services. When I first started ordering free business cards here, the shipping and handling was $2.95 for 250 color business cards. My last order was shipped at a rate of $4.95 and the current charge is now $9.99 for color glossy finish cards and $4.99 for regular cards with slow delivery (21 days) or $8.95 for 14 day delivery. This offer is for 250 business cards and includes your choice of 30 terrific designs and layout choices with the option to upgrade for additional features. My last order included a free electronic version of my card that can be used as my signature in my email. I like the fact that I can depend on Vista Print to hold their prices down over the years.
The only downfall of using the selections from the free business card area is that you will find the Vista Print logo on the reverse side of the card. This doesn't bother me for what I'm using my cards for, but if you need a quality business card you will want to order from the Premium selections.
Service
I received very good service from Vista Print. Vista Print states that your order will take up to 21 days to process and deliver at the slow option. I have always received my cards in 10-14 days which is about the same time I would have to wait if I ordered from a business locally. I assume this would depend on their workload at the time as to how fast they actually ship out. However, I would pay twice as much from a local business for my business cards and have to make several trips to the store to order and pick up. With Vista Print I can do my ordering and design of my business cards online in the comfort of my home. I can also order anytime, I don't have to wait until business hours. Vista Print is always open!
