Ordered a Frog stroller, waited for 3 days, turned out to be out of stock...

I ordered a Frog stroller, and after placing the order I just got an email of confirmation. I never received any information on tracking, etc. So I sent them three emails throughout the three days after the purchase (no answer). At the third day I called customer service, only to be told that the item was not in stock!! Note that as per company policy, when items are not in stock they are signalled as such when ordering... Not for this item! The customer service was very kind and quick, and proceeded to cancel my order, as I requested. A waste of three days waiting. It could have gone worse, but also better... Will go and pick up the stroller at my nearest store (am sick of online orders)
