Pros: Photo Quality, Printer/Scanner/Copier without a fax, memory card slots
Cons: No USB cable included, took about 10 minutes to install the software, and ink consumption.
The Bottom Line: If you are looking for an all-in-one printer, this is definitely the way to go. HP is a trusted brand and ink is easy to find and purchase.

I purchased mine remanufactured from Staples, the next day I opened it, installed it, and the LED screen was not working. I returned it to Staples and got a replacement. I have a fairly new computer (6 months old) and it took close to 10 minutes to install it. I test printed, scanned and copied. Print quality is very good, the scanner/copy quality is great. I definitely like that it is photo quality when printing on photo paper, as I print a lot of my own pictures. I like that it didnt include a fax machine, because I would never have used it and it would have been a waste to have it and not use it.
I like that is has the memory card slots, even if I dont have a digital camera with memory slots yet. It gives me lots of possibilities. It does go through ink fast, so be careful with what you print. I tend to print everything in grayscale, unless it is a picture or something that would lose its effect in grayscale. Black cartridges are cheaper to replace than the tri-color.
This machine is truly a great addition to my home office and has replaced a HP DeskJet 5550 printer and a HP ScanJet (not sure model number). It is easy to use with 1 button black or color copy functions.
One bonus is that it comes with HP's Memories DiskMaker which lets you create slideshows of your pictures and burn them to CD or DVD.
Also, you can purchase the optional duplex unit to double-side your documents. I havent purchased it yet, but I plan on it.
The only down-sides are that no USB cable is included with the printer/scanner/copier, it took about 10 minutes to install the software/drivers, and ink consumption.
So far, I am very impressed with this machine and cant wait to continue using it and learn all of its features.
I will definitely stick with HP for my printing/scanning needs.
