B&W vs. color viewfinder (Reply to this comment)

You make it sound like black and white viewfinders are inferior. Black and white viewfinders are leaps and bounds sharper than color, allowing the cameraman to verify the main subject is in focus. Practically all professional broadcast camcorders have black and white viewfinders. I think a B&W viewfinder + color flip-out LCD is a very nice combination indeed.
