I asked my wife, Kim, the question, "If there was one product you'd like to write about on Epinions.com, what would it be?"

CEO and Founder, Barbara Strickland and President Joanna Spielberg-Iwasyszyn (say THAT five times quickly!) have created a skin care company that not only delivers on its promises to create a blemish free complexion, but that puts customer service above all else.
In business for 22 years, Barbara and Joanna boast a clientele that ranges in age from 9 to 86 and global consumer universe.

They make visits to their website entertaining and interesting. The emails you send are answered directly by either the founder or president of the company and no one else. How's THAT for hands-on management?
Their shipping times are right on the money. My wife had been a patron of Sage Skin Care for over 5 years now and she has never been disappointed by either the products she purchased or the time frame in which they've arrived. The default shipping option is Priority Mail, and the items arrive when promised. Priority service costs $6.00. For the fee of $24.50, you may have your products "overnighted" to you. Should you happen to spend $400 or more, shipping fees are waived. Those residents who live in Creve Coeur have the added option of being able to pick their orders up directly at the company. Living in Philadelphia, I willingly fork over the six bucks time and time again.
The products are of high-quality and, though somewhat pricey, have worked wonders for my wife, who has battled rosacea and other painful skin ailments all of her life. Her face has never looked smoother or less-irritated than it does when she uses these products - nor has she been happier, and that fact makes my daughter and I happier still!
My wife has never had cause to return a single product, but they boast a no-hassle return policy.
On rare occasion, products may be backordered, but Joanna and Barbara are sure to send a complimentary travel size once the order is filled, along with a modest gift certificate as an apology for the oversight.
In all, Sage Skin Care not only cares for your skin, but cares for their customers as well.
