Ebay needs some competition

I have been buying and selling on Ebay since 1998. I have been a true asset to them over the years, giving them thousands of dollars for my seller fee's.
Customer service: About a year and a half ago I bought something on eBay. The seller shipped it to me, and it was NOTHING like the "mint" description. Well, I sent it back, and the seller apologized, and I got my money back. Well, the seller then filed a "non paying bidder report" on me, which means that you never paid for the item. I sent proof of payment to ebay that I paid for it, and they "dropped the charges" against me, keeping my record clean. Well, just recently, I found out I DO in fact have a "strike" on my record (from that instance), and though I have e-mailed customer service several times, I get no response.
The feedback system: Does not work so well. If someone totally screws you over by not paying you, or if they don't send your product, you have the choice to leave negative feedback. The problem is, if you leave it for them, they'll leave it for you, and they can lie all they want. I usually don't even leave negative feedback, because I don't want negative feedbacks left against me.
Ebay plays GOD: Sure, you can sell teen pornography on ebay, but don't try to sell a marijuana pipe, because yeah, that's REALLY offensive... to who?
Seller fee's: Too high. And if somebody buys an item from you, and doesn't pay, you only get part of that fee back!
Overall: I continue to sell on eBay, because I have nowhere else to go. The few other auction sites that exist, are virtually unknown compared to eBay. In my opinion, they need some good competition. I will be the first to switch.
