If you're trying to port a number and join 2 accounts to one, or anything else above and beyond normal, start taking names and ID's of people you speak with on the phone, because here's what you'll find...
1. There's about 10 different customer service numbers, each for a different department. There is NO one person who can help you with everything.
2. These numbers are for offices all over North America, where each one has a different policy and will tell you things that conflict with the others.
3. Each department has a different screen for your account. They don't match.
4. THE RETAIL STORES ARE BRUTAL. The sales people work on commission so if your doing a return they couldn't care less about helping you. They also have a totally different policy structure than the phone people.
5. IF AND WHEN YOU DO BUY A PHONE AND PLANS, LISTEN CAREFULLY TO THE RECORDING AFTER THE SALES PERSON TAKES YOUR ORDER. THEY WILL TELL YOU THINGS ARE FREE WHEN THEY ARE ONLY FREE FOR 30 DAYS.
6. Check your invoice very carefully for mischarges and double fees.
7. SEND LETTERS...here is the address. They don't like to give it out but they will if you insist.

write, write, write...all these reviews can't be wrong. And remember, 'buyers remorse for misinformation' is a legal term that will fix their screwups if they don't do it themselves. We have to break the arrogance of these corporate greed mongers. Fight back. (GO JOHN KERRY)
