The Bottom Line John Popper was amazing. He looked great, especially since his near heart-attack and stomach stapling surgery. And boy can he plan that harmonica!

My boyfriend is just about the biggest Blues Traveler fan in the world and it was a real treat to go with him to his first Blues Traveler concert. We went to see them in Philadelphia at The Electric Factory.

John Popper was amazing. He looked great, especially since his near heart-attack and stomach stapling surgery. And boy can he plan that harmonica! My boyfriend just looked on in wonder. He even played an electric guitar behind his head and with his tongue... it was jaw-dropping.

There was even a song that lasted nearly 15 minutes. It was amazing. The audience went wild when John and his guitar player played Devil Went Down To Georgia... the devil was the guitar player and John played "Johnny with his fiddle." Only instead of a fiddle, he played his harmonica.

Their new CD Bridge is awesome! I definitely recommend it. For those of you who hate the harmonica, Popper plays very little of it on the album.
