Placed and order and when it did not arrive I called and was greeted by the most rude customer service person I have ever encountered. I was told that since my order came via the Post Office and it was lost I had no recourse, however Entirely Pets did not offer insurance on their ground shipments or state that it was not insured. I like most people would assume that the shipper would insure their shipments if not stated otherwise. Entirely Pets refused to help me at all. I got nothing and was out my money.
