Bad experience got worse. I placed an order and THOUGHT that everything was going well. WRONG!!! Two week later, when the order didn't arrive by the specified date I inquired by calling them... NO ONE ANSWERED AFTER 5 MINUTES OF RINGING (no please hold or any of that). So then I sent an "enote", the only other way to communicate with this company. THEY LOST THE ORDER. So I decided to give them another chance. WRONG. It's two days later now and after multiple enotes trying to get the order processed, I suddenly get an email that they have CANCELLED the order.
Save yourself time and grief - STAY AWAY FROM EBUYER!
